REFUND POLICY
Lamb Music Works — Effective March 2026
Due to the nature of digital products and music licensing, Lamb Music Works maintains a strict no-refund policy on all digital sales. Please read the details below carefully before making a purchase.
Digital Downloads — No Refunds
All digital products — including album downloads, beat files, and licensed instrumentals — are non-refundable once delivered. Because digital files cannot be "returned," all sales are considered final upon delivery of the download link or file.
Beat Licenses — No Refunds
Beat license purchases are non-refundable once the license agreement has been issued and the files have been delivered. Please review all licensing terms carefully before completing your purchase.
Sync Licenses — No Refunds
Sync licensing agreements are non-refundable once the license has been issued and delivered. If a project is cancelled after the license has been granted, the license fee is still owed and non-refundable.
Exceptions
Exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis in the event of a technical failure that prevents file delivery. If you did not receive your files or experienced a payment error, contact us within 7 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue promptly.
Duplicate Purchases
If you accidentally purchased the same product twice, contact us immediately at info@lambmusicworks.com and we will issue a refund for the duplicate charge.
