OVERVIEW

This Beat Lease Agreement ("Agreement") is entered into between Warren Lamb / Lamb Music Works ("Licensor") and the purchasing party ("Licensee"). By completing a purchase, the Licensee agrees to the terms outlined below corresponding to their selected lease tier. All leases are non-transferable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Basic Lease

→Non-exclusive rights — beat remains available for lease to others
→MP3 + WAV file delivery
→Up to 100,000 combined streams/downloads across all platforms
→Up to 1 music video (YouTube/social media)
→For-profit use allowed (monetization on streaming)
→Producer credit required: "Prod. by Warren Lamb / Lamb Music Works"
→No radio broadcasting rights
→No sync/TV/film use — separate sync license required
→License valid for 2 years from date of purchase

Premium Lease

$79

→Non-exclusive rights — beat remains available for lease to others
→MP3 + WAV files + Tracked-out stems (upon request)
→Unlimited streams and downloads
→Up to 1 music video (YouTube/social media)
→Monetization and distribution on all major platforms allowed
→Radio broadcasting rights included (up to 2 stations)
→Producer credit required: "Prod. by Warren Lamb / Lamb Music Works"
→No sync/TV/film use — separate sync license required
→License valid for 5 years from date of purchase

Exclusive Rights

From $249

→Exclusive ownership of usage rights — beat removed from store upon purchase
→MP3 + WAV + Full stems/tracked-out files
→Unlimited streams, downloads, and distribution
→Unlimited music video use
→Full radio broadcasting rights
→Sync and commercial use rights included
→Producer credit preferred but negotiable
→Ownership of the master recording granted to buyer
→Publishing rights remain with Warren Lamb / Lamb Music Works unless separately negotiated
→License is perpetual (no expiry)

GENERAL TERMS

Delivery: Files will be delivered digitally within 24 hours of confirmed payment.

No Resale: Licensee may not resell, sublicense, or transfer rights granted under any lease tier.

Breach: Use beyond the scope of the purchased tier constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.

Governing Law: This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of California.
